About Peregian Beach
SMALL VILLAGE WITH A BIG HEART
As Noosa Heads powered on, Peregian seemed to lag behind, but then the Brisbane professionals decided that it made more sense to have a weekender here. They were at that stage much more affordable, but not so now.
Peregian Beach is a sought after destination, as it still retains the village feel, centred around the town square of shops which leads down to the Surf Club. Even though there is a brand new and very well stocked IGA, and the pub has been rebuilt, that feel has not been lost in the progression of gentrification of the beachside streets and the disappearing cottages. Of course we are only 12 minutes to Noosa itself, so we have the best of both worlds.
